Bill Sudduth:
Bill and his wife Janet Sudduth are co-founders of Righteous Acts Ministries, Inc. They were formerly members of the pastoral staff and head of the deliverance ministry teams at Brownsville Revival School of Ministry (BRSM) in Pensacola, Fla. Bill was also a member of the faculty at BRSM teaching classes on Spiritual Growth and Spiritual Warfare. He is currently on the faculty of Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Bill travels nationally and internationally ministering in conferences, seminars, retreats and training sessions on the subjects of deliverance, inner healing, revival and spiritual growth.
Bill is the author of four books, So Free! An In-Depth Guide to Deliverance and Inner Healing; The Deliverance Training Manual; What’s Behind the Ink? The Spiritual Aspects of Tattoos, Piercing and Other Fads; and The Restoring of Innocence, which he co-authored with Janet. Bill is the president and a member of the Founder’s Circle of the International Society of Deliverance Ministers (ISDM). Bill and Janet also oversee other ministers and ministries as the apostolic leaders of the Apostolic Association of Related Ministers (AARM). They currently oversee 49 ministers and 3 churches.
During the last twelve years Bill has personally led well over a thousand individual deliverance sessions, and he has ministered to thousands of others as a conference speaker, seminar instructor and retreat leader. Bill has also trained hundreds of ministers in the areas of deliverance and inner healing, and continues to do so through regularly scheduled local and regional deliverance training seminars and schools.
Bill’s vision is to bring revival to the Church through restoration; to see God’s people become more than just believers, but to see them healed and delivered so they can become all they were created to be. Bill feels this vision can only be accomplished by bringing the ministry of deliverance and healing back into mainstream Christianity. His life’s work is to take the nonsense out of the deliverance ministry by presenting a well balanced, safe and effective methodology to the ministry of deliverance and inner healing. Currently Bill is dealing with Freemasonry and Islam on a strategic national level.
Bill and Janet have three children and three grandchildren, and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Bill Schnoebelen:
Bill is an internationally recognized speaker and author of seven books and countless booklets, articles and tracts. Until her recent passing, he and his wife, Sharon had been happily married for 36 years. Bill was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1949. He graduated from Loras College in 1971 with a degree in music and education. He received his Masters in Theological Studies degree from St. Francis School of Pastoral Ministry in 1980 and his Master of Arts degree in counseling from Liberty University in 1990. He is also a Naturopathic doctor, a Nutritional Herbologist and a Certified Natural Health Professional. Bill is listed in Who's Who in Religion.
Together, Bill and his wife founded With One Accord Ministries in 1992, after several years of working as an associate to Ed Decker in the missionary organization, Saints Alive in Jesus.
He has been studying religion and spirituality in one form or another all of his life, and is an ordained rabbi and evangelist. Additionally, he has been a careful student of the UFO phenomenon since the late 1960’s. He was gloriously saved by Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) in 1984.
Bill is a recognized authority on alternative religions and the occult, and spent sixteen years as a teacher of witchcraft, spiritism and ceremonial magick. He was a Druidic high priest and an ordained spiritist minister. His spiritual search also included seven years in the Church of Satan. Additionally, he spent nine years as an active member of the Freemasonic fraternity (both York and Scottish rite) and five years as a devout member of the LDS (Mormon) church, where he held numerous offices, including elders’ quorum president. He and his wife also held temple recommends in the LDS church for four years.
Martha Lucia is an anointed Watchman/Prophet with an apostolic call to lay a foundation of prayer and the Word of the Lord in the lives of God’s people. Through fervent prayer and the study of His Word, the Lord has given Martha revelatory keys of effective prayer and divine strategies to see the strongholds of the enemy dismantled and the Kingdom of God established in the local church as well as in cities, states and nations.
Martha relocated to north Florida in 1992, where she heads the intercessory prayer teams for Christian International Ministries Network. In 1996, she was ordained as a General of Intercession, with a mandate from God to raise up an army of intercessors. The Lord has positioned Martha to be a pioneer in the area of teaching intercession and to bring the Church back to an effective prayer life and strong intercession, including times of spiritual birthing and travail.
In 2002 Martha responded to the call of God to join Christian International Europe. She focused much of her ministry time in England and other European countries teaching and training about the watchman and intercession. Many of her assignments were to lead intercessory teams to key locations to pray, prophesy, and decree over the land.
In late 2006 Martha returned to the United States where she continues her assignment with Christian International as the General of Intercession. Martha speaks nationally and internationally building God's army of intercessors and watchmen to establish God's kingdom on the earth. She has also traveled the world as an Eagle of God with Chuck Pierce.
Martha is also the editor and creator of an international newsletter dedicated to the ministry of the watchman called "The Watchman Newsletter." God is challenging us to bring clarity to the ministry of the watchman and to see it raised to its function and purpose. Katherine Watsey:
Katherine is Founder and Apostle of Fire on the Altar Ministries Inc., (FOTAM,) a network of ministries and churches. She is also founder of Fire on the Altar Apostolic Church and the Iowa Apostolic Prayer Network, (IAPN). Her ministry is under the Apostolic covering of Barbara Wentroble, Apostle of International Breakthrough Ministries
Katherine is a member of the following networks:
• United States Reformation Prayer Network (USRPN) under Apostle Cindy Jacobs. She serves on the National Apostolic Council, and also serves as the National Religion Mountain Prayer Coordinator (Occult Specialist), and the Iowa Apostolic Prayer Coordinator.
• Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network (HAPN) under Dr. John Benefiel. She serves as the Iowa State Apostolic Prayer Coordinator, HAPN Ambassador, and Upper Midwest Regional Coordinator.
• International Society of Deliverance Ministers, (ISDM), under Bill Sudduth.

Katherine served in the Unites States Global Apostolic Prayer Network (USGAPN) Apostolic Coordinator for Iowa under the direction of Apostle Chuck Pierce for 4 years.
Katherine came to know the Lord Jesus as her personal savior in 1980. She was delivered from a life of drug dealing, drugs, alcohol abuse and rebellion. Katherine was a Technical Writer in the Electronics Industry and has always been a leader in the market place. Katherine teaches on the apostolic, the prophetic, deliverance, strategic intercession, strategic warfare over marketplace, and the creative arts.
Raised in California; Katherine now lives in Fairfield, Iowa with her husband, Brad. They have three adult children. Brad and Katherine have owned several businesses and been active in the market place as entrepreneurs. Brad and Katherine currently own Liberty Land Service (LLS), a corporation working with wind farm developers to produce alternative energy through ‘Wind Farms’ in the USA. Katherine is CFO.
